Shipping Information

1. What are your shipping options ?

We offer several shipping options. Shipping timelines are approximate and do not include weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen delays (weather, high volume, traffic, etc.). Orders may be split if items are ready to ship on different dates.

  • Standard Shipping (JNE) : Delivery within 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Same-day / Next-day Shipping (PAXEL) : Delivery within 1-2 business days, depending on your location. (Available where applicable)
  • Instant Shipping (GO-SEND) : Delivery within 1 business day (Only available for Surabaya orders)

2. Are your products Hypoallergenic?

  • Shipping days: Monday – Sunday, excluding public holidays
  • Orders placed before 12 PM WIB: Shipped the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM WIB: Shipped the next business day.
  • Shipping Cost: Varies based on delivery location.
  • Instant, Same-day, and Next-day delivery: Available where applicable.

- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: All shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We are not responsible for lost and stolen packages or damage during transit, unless Shipping Protection was added to the order.
- We strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection to ensure their packages are covered in the event of loss or damage during transit. 

3. Where does MODAN ship from?

All orders are shipped from Surabaya, East Java.

4. When will my order ship ?

Most in-stock items ship within 24–48 hours of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details.Please note: During periods of high order volume, like event promotions and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

5. Do you ship on Holidays ? 

We do not ship on public holidays. Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Order Cancellations : Please contact us via WhatsApp +628113520916and include your order number as we cannot process a cancellation without the order number.

Please note: We cannot guarantee that orders can be canceled because they are processed very quickly. However, we will do our best to assist you. If your order cannot be canceled, you may still return it for a refund once it is received.Order Changes / Address Changes : Once an order is placed, we cannot edit it. If you need to change an item or update your shipping address, we will cancel your original order so you can place a new one with the correct details.



7. Shipping Protection / Insurance

Shipping Protection costs to the customer are based on the value of the order.For customers who have Shipping Protection included in their order, packages are protected in the event of loss or damage in transit, regardless of shipping carrier. Items that are deemed to have been lost, stolen or damaged in transit will be eligible for a refund.

8. My Order has shipped but the tracking information isn’t updating

During periods of high order volume, like promotions and holidays, tracking scans may take a little extra time to update. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking to refresh.If you still aren't seeing any updates after 48 hours please contact our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to assist.

9. Do you ship internationally?

As of right now, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within our local regions only, but we hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

10. Price Adjustment

To be fair to all customers, MODAN does not offer any price adjustments after an item has been purchased.
