1. Standard Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, eligible items can be returned within 3 days of receiving your order for store credit, which can be used on our website within 30 days. It may take up to 10 days for store credit to appear in your account.

Return Requirements

a. Proof of Condition

  • To process any return or exchange claim, we require clear evidence.
  • Before opening your package, please record a full unboxing video and take photos showing the condition of the items as received.
  • Claims submitted without proper evidence cannot be accepted.

b. Eligible Return Reasons

You are eligible for a return if you received:

  • A damaged or defective product
  • An item that does not match the description
  • An item that is not the same product as shown in your order

Note : Damage caused by external factors after delivery, including mishandling by the customer, is not covered by this policy.

c. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to return it for personal reasons, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Tags still attached
  • Returned in its original packaging and complete condition

Note : Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or mishandling cannot be returned.

d. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

  • Items listed in the Sale section
  • Custom-made or personalized products

2. Exchange

Currently, we offer store credit for eligible returned items. You can use your store credit to purchase items on our website within 30 days.

3. Return / Exchange Shipping Cost

  • The cost of the original shipping label and any exchange shipping label will be deducted from your store credit.
  • The cost of the return shipping label back to us is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your returned package, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. It may take up to 10 days for store credit to appear in your account.You will receive a Return Confirmation email with your store credit details.

6. Cancellation Policy

We work hard to process orders quickly; therefore, all orders are final once placed. We are unable to cancel, modify, or change orders for any reason. Please review all order details carefully—including items, quantities, and shipping information—before completing your purchase.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. In eligible cases and at our sole discretion, store credit may be issued to your account instead. Store credit may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account and must be used within 30 days of issuance. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
