About Account

You can create an account by clicking on the “Sign Up” button on our website and filling in the required information.

Here are some common login issues and their solutions:

  • Issue: “Email not registered” message appears when trying to log in.
    Solution: Make sure you are using the correct email address that is already registered in our system.

  • Issue: “Username not found” message appears.
    Solution: Double-check that the username you entered is correct and matches the registered data.

  • Issue: “Wrong password entered” message appears.
    Solution: Please use the “Forgot Password” feature to reset your password.

If you're experiencing other issues, feel free to contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp for further assistance.

To update your account details, click on the ‘Edit Profile’ option to change your personal information. If you wish to change your password, select ‘Edit Password’, enter your current password, and then set a new one.

Registered email addresses cannot be changed. If you want to use a different email, please create a new account using that email address.

Before changing your phone number, make sure the new number hasn’t been used for another account, as each number can only be registered to one account.

  1. Log in to your registered account on the MODAN Accessories website.

  2. Select ‘View Profile’ and click on ‘Edit Profile’.

  3. Click ‘Change Number’, enter your new number, and then click ‘Change Phone Number’ to complete the process.

About Shopping

  1. Add your desired items to the shopping cart.
  2. Go to the cart and click "Proceed to Checkout."
  3. Log in or create an account. If you prefer not to register, you may proceed as a guest.
  4. Fill in your shipping information.
  5. Choose a shipping option and payment method.
  6. Complete your payment.
  7. A confirmation email with your order details will be sent to your registered email.

Only unpaid and unconfirmed orders can be changed.

Yes. You may request a cancellation within 1 hour after placing the order.

Go to the homepage, click on your profile at the top right, and access your transaction history.

No. You are free to order any quantity according to your needs.

Currently, we do not offer product samples. However, you may order in small quantities to try our products, as there is no minimum purchase required.

About Shipping & Returns

Currently, we ship via JNE and J&T express services. We also offer Same Day Delivery using Paxel for eligible areas.

Shipping fees are based on the rates of the chosen expedition (such as JNE, J&T, or SiCepat) and the destination. The total shipping cost will be automatically calculated at the checkout page.

All orders are processed and shipped from Surabaya, East Java.

Your order will be processed within one business day after the payment is successfully verified.

  • There are no shipments on Sundays and national holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM WIB (Monday–Friday) and before 10:00 AM WIB

  • on Saturdays (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped on the same day.

  • Orders placed after those times will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier selected. Once your order is processed (within 1 working day of confirmed payment), the estimated delivery times are:

  • Jabodetabek Area: 1–3 business days
  • Java Island: 2–4 business days
  • Outside Java: 3–7 business days

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped so you can track it in real time.

Yes. You can check your order status one business day after payment via the “My Order” section in your profile.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
  • Use this number on the courier’s official website (JNE, J&T, or SiCepat) to track your shipment.
  • If you haven’t received the email within two business days after payment, please contact our customer service.

Yes. Your package will be securely packed following our standard online order packaging guidelines.

No. Each order can only be shipped to one address.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer error, unless the mistake was made by MODAN Accessories.

We do not accept exchanges for size or model after the order is confirmed, unless the item received was incorrect due to our error.
Please double-check your selection before completing the purchase.

  • Returns are accepted only in cases of incorrect quantity or product damage caused by MODAN Accessories.
  • Return requests must be submitted within three business days and include an unedited unboxing video along with all received product components.
  • Only one return request is allowed per order.
  • Damage caused by customer error, misuse, or shipping mishandling is not our responsibility.
  • Return resolutions will be completed within 7 business days after we receive the item, but typically within 2–3 business days.

About Discounts & Wholesale

Yes. For bulk purchases, additional discounts are available if your order meets the minimum transaction value. Please check the Membership menu for more info.

Yes. Repeat customers or business buyers may qualify for extra discounts through our Membership Program. Check the Membership section for terms and benefits.

About Payment Methods

Currently, we only accept payments via virtual bank accounts, Visa/Mastercard, and e-wallets.

  • Virtual Accounts: Available for BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, and BSI.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard (full payments only).
  • E-Wallets: Gopay, ShopeePay, DANA, and OVO.

About In-Store Pickup

  • At the moment, items purchased through our website cannot be picked up in-store. All orders will be shipped directly to the address you provided on the MODAN Accessories website.

  • However, we do offer an in-person pickup option for customers located in Surabaya and surrounding areas by appointment, based on a predetermined schedule.

About Products

No. Most of our products are made from high-quality gold-filled material, which has a thicker layer of gold than gold-plated items, making it more durable and giving it a luxurious shine at an affordable price.

Our fashion jewelry and jewelry-making supplies are made of high-quality gold-filled and other selected fashion jewelry materials. Gold-filled items have a thicker gold layer compared to gold-plated ones, resulting in a more luxurious look and better durability. For gemstones, we use Cubic Zirconia.

  • Gold-filled: Brass or copper core coated with a thick layer of gold, making it more durable and less likely to tarnish.
  • Gold-plated: Thin gold layer over a base metal, which fades more easily.
  • Titanium: Stainless steel metal that is rust-resistant but less shiny.

We use hypoallergenic materials, and most of our customers don’t experience allergic reactions. However, if you have very sensitive skin, we recommend choosing items made of titanium or stainless steel (we will mention this in the product description).

Products made of S925 and titanium/stainless steel are rust proof and waterproof.
Gold-filled items are water-resistant but not completely rustproof. We recommend avoiding contact with high-chemical products like perfumes, hairspray, or lotion. Remove your accessories when swimming or exercising, as sweat may accelerate fading.
Gold-plated items may fade more quickly if exposed to water.

Gold-filled products usually retain their color longer than gold-plated ones, but gradual fading can still occur depending on usage and care. Our products are not designed for 24/7 everyday wear like solid gold jewelry.

Here are some care tips:

  • Store your accessories in a dry, sealed place (use a ziplock or pouch).
  • Wipe clean with a soft cloth after wearing.
  • Avoid direct contact with chemicals (perfume, lotion, hairspray).
  • Keep away from humidity and direct sunlight.

 

Some of our rings and bracelets are adjustable, while others come in fixed sizes. You can find detailed sizing information in the product description.

MODAN Accessories does not accept full custom design requests. However, you can choose from our DIY collection (charms, chains, etc.), and we’ll assemble them according to your preferences—as long as they align with the available options.

Yes! Our unique and beautiful designs make great gifts. We also have a Bridal Accessories collection perfect for bridesmaids, graduations, birthdays, or anniversaries. If you need help choosing, our team is happy to offer recommendations.
